You book directly through our booking form on the website.
Simply choose your date, time, route, and number of bikes – you will instantly receive an automatic confirmation email.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance so we can prepare the bikes and delivery for you.
We offer two daily start times:

Yes. Cancellations or changes are possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour, just write to us via WhatsApp or email. Since payment is made on site, there are no costs for you.
Currently, depending on availability, several e-bikes are available per time slot. You can book alone, as a couple, or with family. You can check the current availability directly on the website.
We currently offer 3 curated e-bike routes through Marrakech – each tour lasts approx. 3 to 4 hours and takes you to selected highlights of the city:

Discover some of the most famous landmarks such as the Koutoubia Mosque, Jemaa el-Fnaa, El Badi Palace and the Jardin Majorelle.
🏛️ Route 2 – Palaces & History
Explore historic sites such as the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace, the Mellah district and the Jardin Secret.
🌇 Route 3 – Authentic & Modern Marrakech
A diverse route with stops at the tanneries, Ben Youssef Madrasa, Menara Garden and other exciting places.
Note: The stops listed above are only a selection of each route and serve as examples of what you can expect.
The full route with all stops, navigation and details will be sent to you conveniently as a PDF via WhatsApp one day before your tour.
No – that’s exactly how our concept is designed! You explore Marrakech completely flexibly at your own pace, without a group and without a fixed schedule.

You decide yourself when to take a break, how long to stay at each place, or which stops you want to skip.
The tours are designed to last approx. 3 to 4 hours – depending on how much time you spend at each stop. You set the pace yourself. Please make sure to respect the agreed return time.
Of course! The routes are recommendations, not strict itineraries. You can skip stops, explore new places, or change the order. As long as you return to the drop-off point on time, you are completely free.
The PDF guide and audio tour are available in German, French, Spanish and English.
📲 When booking, you can simply add your preferred language as a note or inform us directly via WhatsApp.
Yes! We deliver the e-bikes directly to your hotel or riad.
⚠️ Important: Many riads in the Medina are not accessible by car. In this case, we will meet you at the nearest accessible street close to your accommodation. We will send you the exact meeting point after booking via WhatsApp.
The Medina is only partially accessible by car. We arrange a meeting point outside the narrow streets – usually at one of the main city gates (e.g. Bab Doukkala, Bab Laksour).
📍 The exact location depends on your accommodation and will be individually coordinated with you.
The return takes place at the final stop of your route – there our staff member will be waiting for you at the agreed time.

No. Our e-bikes are intuitive and easy to use.
📍 During the handover, our staff will explain everything to you in about 5 minutes: how to turn the bike on/off, assist levels, and battery display. Anyone who can ride a normal bicycle will have no problem using them.
The e-bikes are fully charged before every tour and handed over at 100% battery 🔋.
📍 The range depends on the selected assistance level and is more than sufficient for our tours 🚴♂️. Our routes are intentionally designed to be relaxed, so you can complete the entire ride without any issues.
👍 We recommend actively pedaling to fully enjoy the experience and make the best use of the support.
Yes, helmets are included in the price 🪖.
📍 Wearing a helmet is mandatory for your own safety.
No problem. You can reach us at any time via WhatsApp using the emergency number you will receive at handover 📲. We will come to you as quickly as possible.
📍 In case of a technical issue, depending on the situation, we will either provide a replacement e-bike 🚴♂️ or fix the problem directly on site if it can be resolved quickly.
At handover, you will sign a rental agreement that regulates liability 📄.
👍 Small scratches from normal use are not an issue. In case of major damage caused by negligence, a cost contribution may apply.

The price is charged per bike. Included are: e-bike for 3–4 hours, helmet, PDF route guide, audio tour, and Google Maps route.

The payment is made on site in cash (MAD or EUR) directly at the handover of the bikes.
📍 Online payment is currently not required – the booking is free of charge and no credit card is needed.
Yes, we also accept cash payments in euros 💶.

Yes – if you know the right routes. Our routes are specially designed for e-bikes and lead through traffic-calmed areas, wide boulevards, and park paths.
📍 We deliberately avoid the narrow streets of the Medina. Very suitable for casual cyclists.

🚴♂️ Riders must be able to ride a bicycle safely and know the traffic rules.
📍 We do not accept liability for incorrect behavior in traffic.
☀️ In summer, it can get very hot. Please make sure not to park the bike directly in the sun to avoid overheating and possible damage 🚴♂️.
🌧️⚠️ In case of heavy rain or extreme weather conditions, the ride may not take place for safety reasons. In such cases, we will inform you in time and find a solution together 📲.
🅿️ The e-bikes may only be parked at official and secure parking spots.
📍 The customer is fully responsible for the e-bike during the entire rental period. In case of theft or improper parking, the customer is liable.
